Proposal
T1 - English oak - Raise the crown to 3m from ground level. Reduce the limb growing over the Cordyline Palm by no more than 1.25m to provide sufficient clearance. T2 - English oak - Prune all failed limbs back to appropriate pruning points. Reduce the lateral growth growing towards No.41 and the neighbouring property to previous reduction points. Raise the crown to 5m from the adjacent garage roof via the removal of the lowest primary branch.
