T1 – Holm Oak - Reduce lateral growth extending over the neighbouring property by approximately 2–3 metres. Selectively reshape and rebalance the canopy in line with previously approved and completed works to neighbouring trees within the same group. T2 – Pine Tree - Remove the longest overextended branch growing through the canopy of the adjacent Holm Oak. Prune back to a suitable growth point to maintain a balanced crown structure.
