T1 Holm Oak (located within 1 Dunedin Grove) - Reduce lateral growth extending over the neighbouring property by approximately 2 to 3 metres. Selectively reshape and rebalance the canopy in line with previously approved and completed works to neighbouring trees within the same group (amended proposal). T2 Pine (located within 1 Dunedin Grove) - Remove the longest overextended branch growing through the canopy of the adjacent Holm Oak. Prune back to a suitable growth point to maintain a balanced crown structure (amended proposal).
