Proposal

Our property currently features a pebbledash exterior, which, due to weathering, thermal expansion and contraction, and potentially suboptimal initial installation, is exhibiting cracking in multiple locations. These cracks have continued to expand since the purchase of the house. After consulting with professionals in the field, K-Rend has been recommended as a suitable alternative. K-Rend is widely regarded for its durability, minimal maintenance requirements, and aesthetic adaptability. Its silicone-enhanced composition provides water resistance while maintaining breathability, thereby mitigating moisture accumulation and subsequent cracking.
