T105 Ash Tree Remove the tree due to the tree has significant open wounds and signs of rot in the stem and branches . The tree has had limbs break out in the past and i am worried it may do the same again on to the neighbours property. The owner has described what sounds like signs of ash dieback when the tree was in leaf last year.
