Demolition of the existing Glenfield Social Club and the erection of a single storey extension to the existing Petrol Filling Station sales building, including a Greggs food to go area, a new bin store, creation of an EV charging zone with EV canopy, installation of four jet wash bays, plant room, substation enclosure, LV panel and meter cabinet and two new air/water and vacuum units.
