I Need To Renew The A3 License As I Am About To Sell My Takeaway And I Need It For My Sale To Proceed . I Have Had A Chinese Takeaway For Over 20 Years, However When I Bought The Premises, The A3 License Was Not Required, And The Premises Was Already A Chinese Takeaway For Years . I Am Now In The Process Of Selling The Shop , But The Buyer Would Like To Have This License In Place Before Anymore Procedures . I Received This Email From The Birmingham Planning Department Team Below And They Advised Us To Complete This Application Form: - I Can Only Answer From A Planning Perspective In Regards To Use Class Of The Premises On Consulting Our Records And On The Basis Of The Information Currently Available, I Can Advise You That We Have No Planning History For The Above Site/property. If The Premises Have Been Used In Connection With Such Use In Excess Of 10 Years, Then There Is No Enforcement Action That This Local Planning Authority Could Take.
