Proposal
T1-Robinia - upper crown reduction to 18m above ground level ( as indicated in photograph provided), to reduce weight on damaged area of the main stem. Reason: A lower primary limb has snapped out causing minor damage to one of the property owners outbuildings. The branch failure has also structurally compromised the tree (F1), therefore reducing excessive weight caused by the leverage of the upper canopy will reduce pressure on the faulty area (F2).
