Internal and external alterations for the regularisation of unauthorised second floor bathroom and change its layout. Remove non historic panelling, polystyrene and gypsum plaster ad adding slim layer of lime plaster in ground floor front room, first floor front bedroom and second floor bedroom. Removal and replacement of the existing floor in second floor bedroom. Add radiators and heating system on the first and second floors. Removal and replacement of the existing floor in ground floor toilet. Close the opening into the ground floor toilet. Removal of current bath and creating a door for the new utility room. Widening the door to the new snug and removal of sink. New kitchen layout. New doors to the rear garden. Installation of underfloor heating to all three rooms of modern extension. Opening of ground floor fireplace, adding a log burner and adding of stone surround.
