Continuous boundary hedges made up of Leylandii (Cuprocyparis leylandii) and Thuja species ( positions shown on submitted plan ) - To reduce the overall height and lateral spread of the Leylandii and Thuja hedge to 12ft, bringing the hedge back to a manageable and appropriate height. The works will involve trimming and reducing the hedge uniformly along its length while retaining the hedge in its current form and function as a boundary screen.
