Tulip (T1) - Remove to ground level. Roots causing nuisance to drive and have caused a split in the roadside boundary wall. Tulip (T2) - Reduce by 4m in height and prune to balance by 1-2m all round on laterals. Mulberry (T3) - Reduce by 4m all round to alleviate weight in the canopy and reduce chance of failure. Bay (T4) - Reduce by 50% in height and trim all round by 1m to allow more light onto the patio and keep it managed.
