Crataegus prunifolia Cut back from utility lines 1m minimum. Crown lift tree to 3m (include epicormics to branch break) (low branches over road and growing into phone lines) Tilia x europaea - Remove of Epicormic Growth. Pollard - initiate with a 3m reduction to enter into pollard cycle (growing into building).
