External alterations to remove asbestos slates from all roof pitches, replace felt liner and batten and replace slates with a grade Spanish. Remove defective lead centre gutter and replace with new lead centre gutter. Remove split felt lined front bay roof with lead bay roof. Replace existing pitted concrete ridge and hip tiles with new ridge and hip tiles. Replace lead works around the base of the the chimney with new like for like lead works, including pointing of the chimney as needed.
