Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Reduce the lime tree to the height of the chimney pots of the building to the rear (4m) and prune in the lowest limb to the north by 2m to fall within the shape of the canopy. Raise the canopy to the height of the rear fence (2m). To allow more light for both the garden and neighbours. T2 Remove to ground level the mature laurel - pushing up against the boundary wall and darkening this section of the garden. T3 The weeping ash has severe (cat 4) ash die back - remove. T4 Prune the Magnolia which has a split in the main fork/union at the base and would benefit from end weight reduction.
