T1 Apple - pollard at boundary fence height (approx 1.5-1.75m). T2 ( Bay ) - one stem on the multi-stemmed tree that arches over parallel with the fence and does not lean into the garden of 76 St John's Road to be left untouched. The remaining stems of this Bay will be reduced down to fence height T3 (Bay) - Reduce back to boundary to give adequate clearance from garage roof (up to 1.5m).
