Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1- Tulip tree- Reduce the height and spread by 2m, maintaining a flowing outline and retaining internal growth. This tree is in monitored decline, and living with fungal infection. The control of weight and wind resistance at this time is desirable. G4- 2 Fern-leafed Beech trees- Crown lift for 5.5m clearance over the highway. T5- London Plane- Crown lift for 5.5m clearance over the highway. T7- Copper Beech- Lightly reduce overextended limbs on West aspect and Northwest aspects that overhang the road, by 2m at the most. This work will increase the margin of safety over the highway.
