Proposal

Creation of a new entrance to the shop on the south elevation, accessible to wheelchair-users and people with buggies, a new accessible concrete ramp 1500mm wide with 100mm kerb and hand rail on the right hand side, and edge sloped to meet seamlessly with the level of the pavement and passageway to the left hand side. A Victorian style awning opened on a daily basis to cover the new entrance. A hanging sign to the right hand side of the St Saviour's Road (west) elevation. Two external condensing units nominally 900x700x450mm in the passageway on the south-east elevation to serve two new display fridges.
