Suspect inonotus. Tree may be progressively weakened by presence of decay at structurally significant sections along stem if decay present. Occlusion is occurring. Located in public open space. 2107 - Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Fell to ground level - Near total loss of foliage, unclear if Ash Dieback is the cause. Characteristic swellings on stem indicates stem decay. Located in public open space.
