Oak (T2) Carry out a lateral tip reduction on the northerly side of the tree encroaching towards the garage block of Beech House by approximately 2-3m, pruning to suitable growth points. Carry out a lateral tip reduction on the southerly side encroaching toward the dwelling at 10 Hepplewhite Close by approximately 2-3m, pruning to suitable growth points. Leaving a balanced crown spread of approximately 10m Oak (T3) - Carry out a lateral tip reduction on the northerly side of the tree encroaching towards the fruit cage of Beech House by approximately 2-3m, pruning to suitable growth points, leaving a crown spread of approximately 10m. Scots Pine (T4) Carry out the removal of all encroaching branches on the north westerly side of tree to give a minimum clearance of 3m from dwelling.
