The excess growth overhangs the public footpath that runs along the outer edge of the boundary hedge. It also is now growing into overhead cables 2. 3 x Silver Birch. Tops lowered by 2m a couple of years ago to bring them below the overhead cables, but this work will need to be redone within the next 12-24 months. There are no plans to fully remove the trees, just reducing them in size so as not to encroach on overhead cables or the public footpath.
