Proposal
T1 - Oak - Crown reduce by c.1.2m -1.5m to maintain the tree at its present size in proportion with the garden and prevent it encroaching onto neighbouring property. Pruning points will be to historically pruned points thereby ensuring pruning cuts do not exceed BS3998(2010). Tree will be left at an approximate height of18m with a average radial spread of 7m.
