Reduce westerly limb to <5m Oak (T3): Reduce height and remove limbs overhanging property / minor crown lift to remove lower limbs around edge of property. Reduce westerly limbs to <5m Oak (T4): Reduce height and remove limbs overhanging property / minor crown lift to remove lower limbs around edge of property. Ref 1 - Chestnut - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree has been allowed to grow too large for its location and is now casting a large shadow over the neighbours house. Ref 2 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree was pollarded by previous owners and is now showing signs of rot and is very brittle. A large branch was found in the garden when we moved in in Sept 2022 very near the neighbours garage. Others branches are splintering. Ref 3 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - This tree has been planted on top of a mound of earth and allowed to grow slanted. This tree is now leaning towards the fence and neighbours garage. Concerned that this will cause damage in future.
