Two trees (Tree 1 and Tree 2 on PDF sketch plan appended) overhang the boundary between the Old Malthouse and Kingswood House, but are rooted in the Old Malthouse boundary. The trees now overhang to such a degree that they are contacting the roof line of Kingswood House and may cause damage to the roof in a winter storm. The trees are the following species: Tree 1 - Cherry Laurel Tree 2 - Damson We are seeking to trim back the limbs of the mentioned trees to 2m from the wall of Kingswood House on that side of the property.
