  Ref 1 - Chestnut - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree has been allowed to grow too large for its location and is now casting a large shadow over the neighbours house. Ref 2 - Common Ash - Request to Remove - Tree Surgeon has advised that this tree was pollarded by previous owners and is now showing signs of rot and is very brittle. A large branch was found in the garden when we moved in in Sept 2022 very near the neighbours garage. Others branches are splintering.
