Proposal

To establish the lawfulness of the proposed conversion and incorporation of the existing side outbuilding/store into the main dwellinghouse, including associated alterations to the existing external walls, openings and roof form, together with the formation of a loft conversion comprising a rear dormer extension and rooflights to the front roof slope. The proposed front rooflights will be installed flush or near flush with the existing roof slope.
