Proposal

New porch extension to the front elevation. New windows (north) and rear (east) elevations. New Bi-folding doors to rear elevation replacing existing windows. Stepped access and kitchen door both removed from side (north) elevation. All existing brickwork to receive white rendered finish, with new horizontal timber cladding either side of the bay window to the front (west) elevation, with new timber cladding to roof gable (replacing existing rotting wood). 2x new roof lights fitted to rear flat roof to fit within with of existing roof rafters.
