Amendments are proposed to the site landscaping; internal configuration of spaces; building footprint; set back second storey; building height; location of entrances to building and fenestration. The amendments result in an increase to the building floorspace of 39m2 Gross internal area (GIA) -740m2 to 779m2; and an overall building height increase of 195mm -12,530mm increased to 12,725mm -including lift overrun". Variation to include this permission shall be for a limited period only,expiring on 3rd December 2030 when the development hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the land reinstated in accordance with the details approved for Claremont Park Improvements -LPA Ref: 19/2291/FUL- or, as subsequently amended
