The proposal is for Listed Building Consent for Listed Building Consent for the removal of the ceiling in the utility room to create a vaulted section of ceiling to 3.5m height thereafter a flat ceiling, removal of an internal modern brick wall, the plasterboard infill between existing oak posts to be left in place and made good where necessary, the removal of a modern recessed rear porch, the repositioning of the rear external door, the strengthening of the rear single-skin brick wall with a brick liner to purlin height, the insertion of 2 no rooflights conservation grade, and the insertion of 1 no rooflight in the south elevation. Replacement window to the East elevation to be of the same size, dimensions and style as that of the existing window.
