Granted Ashford OTH/2026/0258 Tree Preservation Order - works related

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 & T2 – Fell to ground level and remove stumps by grinding - Tree removal will improve light levels to the property and help maintain a clear and safe environment along the road. Replacement planting: to be replanted within the garden with low growing lavender shrubs in the next available planting season. This will retain planting and visual amenity without future conflict with the road or neighbouring trees. T3 & T4 – Fell to ground level and remove stumps by grinding - Tree removal will help reduce competition and support the long-term health and retention of the surrounding protected trees. Replacement planting: the area will be replanted with native wildflower planting to enhance biodiversity and provide pollinator benefits.
