Planning application
Kennington Lodge, The Grove, Kennington, Ashford, TN24 9HA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 and T2 Sycamore- Crown reduction of 3 metres. Reason for works - Both trees have significant stem decay caused by radiated heat damage resulting from a fire 10+ years ago. They form 1 canopy so it is recommended a crown reduction of both to reduce risk of stress to the 2 large cavities which is evident on T2 and to a lesser extent T1.
