Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Section fell to ground level - Reason: Large and located in an unsuitable space due to proximity to nearby buildings and fencing. Roots encroaching into fence boundary and interfering with large neighbouring garage. T2 - Silver birch (Betula pendula) - Section fell tree to ground level - Reason: Severe decline, no evidence of leaf growth and major deadwood present. G1 - 5 x Silver birches (Betula pendula) - Reduce the height of all trees by 3m and the sides of all trees by 1m to keep them in a more controlled manner and as part of routine, continued maintenance - Reason: The client is concerned about the height of the 5 x birches.
