T1 - Field Maple - Fell - The tree stands immediately beside an existing residential driveway and significantly restricts visibility to the right for drivers exiting onto the public highway. The tree’s roots were partially exposed and disturbed when the historic driveway entrance was widened several years ago. This has affected root protection and may compromise the tree’s long‑term stability and suitability for retention in close proximity to the highway and driveway. Replacement planting of an appropriate species in a less constrained and safer location within the garden is proposed.
