Planning application

4 Osier Field, Kennington, Ashford, Kent TN25 4PL

Granted Ashford NOT/2024/1730 Notification of proposed works to trees in a conservation area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Conifer- Lateral crown reduction by 3 meters to the main stem. Remove several overhanging small conifer branches that overhang the rear garden of 4 Osier field which create an amount of shading to the garden. It is proposed to cut these back to the main stem rather than the boundary as it will leave unsightly pegs which are unlikely to regrow.
