Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Description: Scots Pine (T2) Fell due to increasing structural damage to surroundings. There is serious concern of possible further damage to property due to the unsuitability of this specimen, which continues to grow rapidly, in an urban setting. Replant with one semi-mature Tibetan Cherry tree (with good amenity value) close to the same position.
