Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Description: T1 Sycamore - Fell to ground due to extensive cavity caused by fungus - kretzmaria deusta causing huge risk to property as tree. T4 & T3 to reduce by 2m to prevent failure due to fungus - kretzmaria deusta which is causing basal decay. Crown lift T6 Sycamore to remove away from garage up to 4m to maintain clearance from garage. T5 - Fell Sycamore due to wound along main stem and allow access for lowering branches on T6 safely. T1 & T5 to be replaced by Holly trees along rear boundary between T4 and T1, position and conditions limit the ability to replant in location of T5.
