Proposal

Description: Walnut (T1) reduce canopy by 1.8m reduction of crown diameter. Walnut (T2) reduce canopy by 2 meter reduuction of crown diameter to avoid overhanging and damage to roof of studio building (B1) and neighbour's building (N1). To avoid subsistence and heave in same properties due to the root ball spreading too far. Repeat in 2021 if further reduction needed as species will not tolerate a harder reduction in a single year. Quince (T3), Apple (T4) and Fig (T5) prune back excessive new growth to allow manageable height and reduce over- fruiting. Prune back crossing branches to allow better airfllow, maximise fruit growth and avoid fungal infection. Prunus (T6) prune back side branches growing over lawn to maintain overall balance of canopy. Medlar (T7) prune to avoid over growth onto pavement of the street and over the lawn area, to allow manageable height and reduce over-fruiting. Prune back crossing branches to allow better airflow, maximise fruit growth and avoid fungal infection. Magnolia (T8) prune to avoid over growth onto pavement of the street and lawn area. Laurel (T9) prune to avoid over growth onto pavement of the street and lawn area, and prune back excessive new growth on top of tree for improved view from the street.
