Condition No. 14 states: "Evidence shall be presented in the Verification Report that all fuel storage tanks (and associated infra-structure) have either been retained for use and been integrity tested under high pressure or have been fully decommissioned and removed in line with current Guidance for Pollution prevention (GPP 2) and the Pollution Prevention Guidance (PPG27) or have been fully decommissioned, backfilled with concrete and left in-situ, and the quality of surrounding soils and groundwater has been verified.
