Discharge of Condition No. 9 of LA08/2025/0212/F which states: The construction of the development approved herein shall not commence until a final hard and soft landscape and open space management and maintenance plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council in writing. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping and open space as shown on Drawing Nos. 02B and 41A It shall also set out details of the arrangements that will be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of these areas, including details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS 8. The landscape and open space management plan shall be carried out as approved unless prior written consent is granted by the Council to any variation.
