Discharge condition 3 of LA08/2023/1648/F, which states: Prior to works commencing, a final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) must be submitted by the appointed contractor for agreement with the Council and NIEA WMU / NED. The final CEMP must be site specific and include all necessary mitigation measures for the construction and operational phases of the development to avoid any pollutant egress to Clonmakate stream. The approved final CEMP shall be adhered to and implemented in full throughout the construction and operation phases in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site.
