Discharge of condition No. 9 of LA08/2022/1068/RM which reads: Prior to the commencement of the development, hereby approved, details of the out of sewer flooding, emanating from the surface water drainage network, as agreed with NI Water shall be submitted to and approved by the Council and thereafter implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure out of sewer flooding will be safely managed so as not to create a flood risk to the development or from the development to elsewhere.
