Condition No. 6 states: "A Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council once a contractor has been appointed, prior to the commencement of any works herein granted, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. The Final CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved Final CEMP." Condition No. 14 states: "No demolition works, vegetation clearance/removal of hedgerows, trees or shrubs shall take place between 1st March and 31st August inclusive, unless a competent ecologist has undertaken a detailed check for active bird’s nests immediately before clearance and provided written confirmation that no nests are present / no birds will be harmed and/or there are appropriate measures in place to protect nesting birds. Any such written confirmation shall be submitted to the Planning Authority before 6 weeks of works commencing."
