Proposal
Discharge of Condition Number 5 of LA08/2024/0128/F (Demolition of existing clubhouse, changing rooms and equipment store and erection of community sports facilities: Building A – community facility with solar panels, meeting rooms, disabled facilities, café / bar area and function room. Building B – changing rooms. Building C – indoor multisport training and practice facility. Proposed car park supported by existing ancillary parking and including all associated site works) which reads - No development shall take place on-site until the method of sewage disposal has been submitted to and approved in writing by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council in consultation with Northern Ireland Water or a consent to discharge has been granted under the terms of the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999. Reason: To ensure a practical solution to sewage disposal is possible at this site. SITE LAYOUT - Email with '1. On the application form we indicated that foul sewage would be disposed of via a septic tank. In fact this should have been clarified further on the form as an ‘existing septic’ tank which serves the current development. This was built and installed in the early 1980s and as such, predates the requirements of a consent under the 1999 order.'
