Discharge of Condition No. 5 of LA08/2019/0481/F. Condition No. 5 states: "The construction of the development approved herein shall not commence until a hard and soft landscape and open space management and maintenance plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping and open space. It shall also set out details of the arrangements that will be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of these areas, including details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company, which are to be put in place as per policy OS 2 of PPS8 The landscape and open space management plan shall be carried out as approved."
