Non Material Amendment to Planning Permission 19/01410/PP - (Demolition of existing buildings and erection of residential care home (amended design) - The building footprint reduced to move the north elevation 300mm and the east elevation 550mm further from the adjacent boundaries. Roof of south wing removal of areas of flat roof, the roof is now entirely finished in tiles. The main ridge height to the north wing, set at 4.5m below the adjacent flats ridge level remains unaltered. New small lightwell at the north west corner to provide natural ventilation to the laundry at level 00. New external re-cycling store at the north west corner of the site. Updated the parking layout at the south gable to maintain an existing right of access, there is no change to the total number of parking spaces on site
