Further proposed works include a sympathetic 20% reduction of an approximately 6-foot Acer tree in order to maintain its shape and scale within the garden setting. A topiary yew hedge is also proposed to be trimmed and reshaped, as it has become overgrown due to a period of limited maintenance. The intention is to restore the hedge to a neat and manageable form while retaining its character and contribution to the garden. All works will be carried out carefully and sympathetically with consideration to the surrounding conservation area setting.
