The two trees situated to the building in the main car park opposite the Family Tree Restaurant. Looking at the building towards the elavation with the double "barn doors" the trees are to the front left and rear right as you look at the building they are approximatly 5 metres away from the building. We propose that the trees are completly removed a third tree 1. They are causing damage to the structure and roof of the building - Because of thier proximitry they pose a threat to the buidling structure (The roof is of most concern, a substancial amount of tree leaf and detritus builds up each year which if not removed could cause damage and eventual, collapse ) 2. The third tree is cuasing a retaining wall to collapse. The tree are : 2 sycamores (one multi trunk) & a Beach

Other trees in require application to DCC. Requesting to remove ash, silver birch and conifer hedge shown in photographs 3,4 and 5. They have all been planted far too close to each other and as a result are all poor specimens. Also the ash has dieback. The benefit to removing these trees is that it will create space for the oak tree highlighted in photograph 5 which is a good specimen to continue to grow as well as maintaining the boundary between the two properties.
