I propose to do the following works T1(ash) this ash is very mature but has been previously pollarded to approx. 3m, the stem is now heavily rotting and i propose to simply remove the regrowth and repollard it. this tree i belive was granted for removal so i dont think i need to apply but let me know. T2(elder) remove due to it serving no purpose and is growing into neighbouring property.

I Propose to crown lift T1( willow) and slightly reduce East aspect of tree to give 2m clearance to building this is just to let a bit of light in and to get the tree away from the property

Stem reduction to 1m high from a mature multistem tree sycamore. Removal of a decaying trunk, this is 1 of several trunks growing from ground level, one has rotted and fallen into the neighbours garden and a second appears to have some decay, this trunk is leaning forwards the house and requires reducing to reduce the likelihood of collapse. No evident decay at the base/ butt , however its difficult to tell. I suggest removal of 1 trunk leaning towards the house, ivy covered.

Fell trees on top of the retaining wall to the rear of the old chapel, sun lane, crich, recently renovated. The wall has partially collapsed and more is perched waiting to do so. The Sycamore is on top of a tall section of wall 6m. very close to the house, wall already collapsed, tree moving. The holly is causing a large bulge and has caused a partial collapse of the lower section of wall, the wall is leaning badly. Photos of all attached. Also removal of the smaller hawthorn between the sycamore and holly.
