Land Off Holborn View Codnor Ripley Derbyshire

T20 - Ash - Fell to ground level and remove all arisings, tree has suffered significant major limb failures in the crown due to abundance of inonutus hispidus present. Future occurrences are predicted due to the ferocious nature of this heart rotting fungus, this will not make a safe feature tree for the new development. Replacement of a 12/14 Quercus robur is suggested unless otherwise agreed with AVBC.
