Open data: new planning applications
Every planning application PlanIndex first saw in the last 30 days, as one CSV file per council, refreshed every night. Use it for anything, commercial work included, as long as you credit PlanIndex.

Last updated 8 November 2026: 65,615 applications across 253 councils.
What is in it
One row per application, from the council's own planning register, with a link to the record's page here. councils.csv lists every council with a file and how many rows it holds; each council's applications are in councils/<council>.csv.
There are no applicant or agent names, and records withdrawn from PlanIndex at the request of the people involved are left out. A council missing from a night's files may simply have had nothing new.
