T1 - Poplar (Populus), fell to a low stump level due to the major rot at the base of the tree - photographs attached. These works are a matter of emergency. T2 - Poplar (Populus), re-pollard by approx. 1.5m to continue the ongoing maintenance after the tree.

T1 - Laurel (Laurus), fell to a low stump level. Grind the remaining stump to below ground level. These works are intended to facilitate for landscaping works.

1 Warwick Dene Ealing W5 3JG

T2 - Robinia (Pseudo acacia), dead wood and carry out a crown reduction at approx. 3.0m in height, and 1.5-2.0m in lateral spread, to continue the ongoing maintenance of the tree. T3 - Purple leaf plum (Prunus), remove deadwood, and perform a weight reduction on the lowest branch growing along the back wall of the garden, for the purpose of alleviating the amount of weight and reducing the risk of limb failure.

40 Salisbury Place London Lambeth SW9 6UW

T1 - Sycamore tree (Acer), crown reduce back to the most recent previous pollard points retaining at approx. 5.0m from ground level, and retaining a final width of approx. 2.5m. T2 - Sycamore situated in the rear neighbouring garden, crown reduce the branches that overhang the boundary line of no.40 Salisbury Place, back to the boundary line, as shown in the photograph attached.

T3 Coniferous - Fell to stump level and grind the stump to below ground level. T4 Cherry tree (Prunus) - Fell to stump level, and grind the remaining stump to below ground level to prevent future regrowth. T5/6/7 - 3 x Plum trees (or similar species) - Fell and grind the remaining stumps to below ground level. T8 - Sycamore tree (Acer) - Reduce the branches that overhang the garden of no.31 only by removing the three lowest branches entirely, and then reducing the remaining overhanging canopy by approx. 2.0m to lessen the overhang.

T1 Beech (Fagus) - Crown reduce the branches that overhanging into no. 40 back to the boundary line, reducing the branches by no more than 2.0m and utilising suitable regrowth points where possible. Please note, we are unsure as to whether this definitely is the TPO tree, however we thought, better to be safe than sorry.

T1 Beech (Fagus) - Crown reduce the branches that overhanging into no. 40 back to the boundary line, reducing the branches by no more than 2.0m and utilising suitable regrowth points where possible. Please note, we are unsure as to whether this definitely is the TPO tree, however we thought, better to be safe than sorry.

G1 x3 Poplar trees - situated along the northern/NW boundary of the allotment- are overhanging active allotment plots that are used regularly throughout the year - weight reduction on southern side of the trees only, focusing the pruning on the branches that are most likely to fail in the near future (next 2-3 years). Job specification: G1 - Row of poplar trees, crown reduce the southern aspect of the trees only, reducing the lateral branches that are growing over the plots/most prone to limb failure, by reducing them by approximately 30-50% in length. This will reduce the risk of failure from occurring down to a tolerable level. Due to the nature of these trees, there is still inherent risks associated with them.

T1 - Weeping Silver Birch, crown reduce the extraneous branches that are growing outside of the general weeping shape of the tree back into the shape. G1 - 3 x Silver Birch- Crown reduce each tree back to the most recent previous points of reduction, removing approximately 2.5m of regrowth.

T1 - Apple tree (Malus) - Crown reduce by approx. 3.5m in height and trim the remaining canopy as hard as possible without losing the greenery to neaten. Additionally, lift the lower section of the canopy, overhanging the lawn slightly.
