Condition 15 states: No development shall take place on site until final details of the Consent to discharge for the wastewater pumping station has been submitted to and approved in writing with the Council. Any mitigation measures contained therein shall be implemented prior to the commencement of the development herby permitted, or in accordance with a programme to be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site.
